We have a 1973 Yamaha MX360 that we've been racing. But we've found a cheap (for these tanks) $250 1974 YZ aluminum tank on Ebay and wanted tot do a quick restoration on the body work of this bike. Not only does it look 100x better, but the aluminum, smaller tank is much lighter than the steel one that was on it. We used catalyzed rattle cans and ended up with excellent results. One day this bike could benefit from a FULL tear down and resto but this alone made a big difference and gives the bike a whole new look.
